Oscar Nights

The BIGGEST night aka Oscars 2016  for Hollywood (and their stylists/ preferred designers) is here! The finest frocks and the best coats, this is the night one pulls all the stops and everybody is in the running for the sartorial race. SO, who do you think will be remembered for their red carpet turn for Oscars 2016?

In some gorgeous ensembles from Armani Privé and Valentino the actresses were just breathtaking. But the actresses who won our hearts are:

#1 Naomi Watts

In a gorgeous sapphire blue number from Armani Privé embellished with Swarovski crystals in ombré, the Insurgent actress looked like a stupendous galaxy. To accessorise, she chose a diamond chocker and a glitzy clutch. Definitely the best dressed!

#2 Cate Blanchett

Armani Privé has once again stolen the show. In a stark contrast to Watts’ galaxy dress, Blanchett was dressed in a blue gown with flower appliqué. The pastel blue against set off against her porcelain skin with chandelier earrings, matching bracelet and a powder blue box clutch she’s got a spring in her step!

#3 Julianne Moore

What are the Oscars without a gorgeous black gown? This year Julianne Moore’s Chanel Haute Couture jet black gown with gunmetal sparkle had us reaching for the tissue, rather quickly. Jewellery by Chopard was the show stopper.

Here are the three men who made out hearts skip a beat this with their appropriate choices

#1 Chris Pratt

Cuffs peeking out from under the black, classic tux and bold shawl lapels have us drooling all over the floor. On point, Mr. Pratt, on point.

#2 Mark Ruffalo

Stepping aside from the traditional, Ruffalo presents himself in a royal blue and black tux with a head full of salt and pepper. Distinguished, we must say.

#3 David Oyelowo

In another bold colour (rust) Oyelowo’s Dolce & Gabbana tux is bold, well-fitted and completely off the hooks! We love it!
