Biotin is nothing but water-soluble vitamin B that is found in leafy vegetables. Once of the main causes for hair loss and fall is deficiency of vitamins and minerals in our body. Biotin capsules are easily available at your local chemist/pharmacist.
Take 2-3 biotin capsules and crush them. Mix the powder with your favorite oil and give your head a massage with the mixture. Let your scalp get nourished overnight and wash it next morning with shampoo of your choice. #3 Aloe Vera

For this remedy, we would recommend buying a fresh Aloe Vera from the market. Cut the leaf to extract the gel present inside. Apply the gel on your scalp and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your hair with regular shampoo. Do it 2-3 times a week and you will feel your hair hydrated.
#4 Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
Amla or Indian Gooseberry is an antioxidant rich in Vitamin C. Amla improves pigmentation of your hair and also improves hair growth.
Take 2 spoons of amla juice and 2 spoons of lime juice. Mix the two well and apply evenly your scalp. Let it dry for 2-3 hours and wash with your favorite shampoo. Do it once a month.
Don’t like your hair smelling of egg? Replace eggs with mayonnaise and get the smoother, softer hair. Mayonnaise is rich in protein and has the benefits of eggs. This method can be messy; so we recommend wearing an old t-shirt and keeping a shower cap handy.
Take about 1/2-1 cup mayonnaise (depends on your hair length). Apply the mayo evenly on your scalp and wear the shower cap to prevent any dripping. Leave the mayo on your scalp for 20-30 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Give your hair mayo treatment once a month.
#6 Curry Leaf
Curry leaves are not just there to add aroma to your dishes. These leaves are rich in phosphorous, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron. You should always eat the leaves and not waste them.
Take about 8-10 curry leaves and coconut oil. In a pan, heat coconut oil and add the leaves (be careful as curry leaves splutter). When the leaves forms a black residue, turn the heat off and strain the oil. Apply the oil on your scalp and keep it on for an hour. Rinse your hair. Repeat this twice a week for best results.

Crush 2-3 garlic cloves. In a pan, heat olive oil and add crushed garlic. Apply the garlic-olive oil to the roots of the hair. Let the hair nourish for 1-2 hours and rinse your hair with mild shampoo. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times a week for desired result.
#8 Potato Juice
Potatoes are rich in Vitamin A and C and can help remove tan from your skin. Potato can also help with hair growth and prevent hair fall.

#18 Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin which improves hair growth and prevent hair thinning. When applies, capsaicin activates the blood circulation in hair follicles.
Ass 1 tsp of cayenne pepper to 2 tsp of olive oil. On areas with prominent hair thinning, apply the oil. Leave the oil for 10 minutes and rinse off with cold water. Do this once a month for best results.
#19 Fish Oil
Fish is a best source of omega 3. Our hair is part of our skin and when our skin is stressed, the stress also impacts our hair growth. If you do not consume fish then take a fish oil capsule. Please check with your doctor before consuming fish oil.
#20 Mustard Powder
Mustard helps reduce swelling of hair follicles and improve circulation as well.
Take 1 tbsp of mustard powder and 1 tbsp of sugar. Combine them together and mix it with 2 tbsp of water or oil of your choice. If you have dry hair then add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to the mixture. Apply the mixture evenly on your hair and let it rest for 20-40 minutes. Rinse your hair with mild shampoo. Nourish your hair once a month with this remedy.
Fenugreek contains a compound known as lecithin which moisturizes your hair. This home remedy is a must try if you have dandruff.
Soak a cup of fenugreek in water overnight. Blend it in a blender to get a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp and leave it for 15-30 minutes. Wash your hair with mild shampoo. Do this once a month for best results.
#22 Hair Oils
Give your hair an oil massage once a week to nourish your hair. Rosemary, sage, castor, coconut, flax seed, almond and olive oils are some of the hair oils that we recommend. You could either use them solely or you could combine 2-3 oils. For best results, heat your favorite oil and apply evenly. Give your hair a gentle massage and let it rest for 2-3 hours. Wash your hair with shampoo of your choice.

#23 Green Tea
Green tea is rich in antioxidants that can improve hair growth. If you are out of green tea, then you can also use your favorite black tea as a supplement.
Soak a tea bag in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes. Apply the water on your scalp and leave it on for 15-30 minutes. Rinse your hair with cold water.
