At the same time; if you grew up in a household like mine then you know, you shouldn’t throw away roti in a bin. Then what can one do? Over the years, I have seen my mother smartly transform leftover rotis into yummy recipes. I bring some of her super-easy leftover roti recipes that you can make at home.

#2 Chapati Chips

This is one of my favorite leftover roti recipes as it is super easy to make. For this recipe, you could either use leftover chapati or prepare fresh chapati. Cut the chapati into strips with the help of pizza cutter or knife. Heat the microwave for 30 seconds. Now place your roti strips and heat the roti for 30 seconds. Flip them and re-heat them. Do it couple of times and you will get crispy roti chips. Serve the chips with your favorite dips or salsa.
