That’s why I give you healthy desserts to make which will make you jump out of the bed. It is said that, have a breakfast like a king. A king’s meal should be healthy and tasty at the same time. To take of the same, I have seven dessert ideas for your whole week, which you can have for breakfast. I’m sure, if you have a good meal in the morning which is tasty and healthy at the same time then, you’ll surely have a great day.  Here, I have a list of seven healthy desserts to make which are quick and easy.

#1  5 Min Chocolate Oatmeal

How to have a great start to your day? Have chocolate in your breakfast in a healthy way. Yes, you read it right. This Chocolate Oatmeal is delicious and healthy, perfect for people of every age group. It’s quick and easy to make. Here goes the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 over-ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • sweetener of choice, as desired

Instructions

Making this dish is very easy. All you need to do it to combine all the ingredients in a pan and put it on medium heat. Keep it uncovered and cook it for five to seven minutes. Add sweetener as per requirement. When bubbles start to appear, keep stirring occasionally. And, that’s it, this yummy chocolate breakfast is ready.

#2  Pumpkin Cookies

I love pumpkin cookies. I can eat them all day every day. But, here I have a no sugar, no gluten or dairy recipe for the pumpkin cookies, which are perfect for breakfast. Here’s the recipe for the cost-effective and convenient dish:

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 ½ tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 ½ cups of almond flour
  • 2 scoops grass fed collagen

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then add everything to a bowl and mix it properly. After mixing it drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 mins. Here you’re done with delicious pumpkin cookies which you can store in an airtight container for a week.

#3  Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas

Got some extra bananas in the kitchen? No worries. I have got you an excellent dish to get your kids eat this healthy fruit. Pan fried Cinnamon Bananas are fun to make breakfast which is everyone’s favorite. This is one of the healthy desserts to make when you’re having a lazy morning.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas Slightly Overripe
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (you can substitute granulated Splenda if you like)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • oil spray

Instructions

Start with slicing the bananas into rounds, approximately 1/3 inch thick. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and keep it aside. Then heat some oil in the pan over medium heat. Add the bananas to it and put half of the cinnamon mixture to it and cook it for 2-3 mins. Flip the bananas and put the remaining mixture on it. Cook till the bananas are soft and warm enough.

#4  5 Mins Breakfast Zucchini Brownies

To complete your breakfast you need a good dessert and what can be better than a brownie? And what if I say it’s a simple 5 ingredient brownie which is easy to make as rest of the dishes? Seems like a dream come true for all the brownie lovers. Here is the recipe for this healthy dessert idea that I got from my mom:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed, overripe bananas (approximately 5-6 medium bananas)
  • 1 cup smooth almond butter (can sub for any nut/seed or soy nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup shredded zucchini, with the moisture removed (approximately 1 large zucchini)
  • 1/4- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (more = richer taste)
  • 2-3 scoops of protein powder (see above content for tested recommendations)*

Instructions

Start with preheating the oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8×8 cake pan. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a blender or simply with your hands. Mix it well until it’s smooth. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake it for 20 mins. After it’s done the cooking, let it cool down and cut it. Now, this easy healthy dessert is ready to serve eight.

#5  Chocolate Birthday Cake Protein Smoothie

This s sweet, quick, healthy and has every other reason to celebrate the sweetness. This smoothie is a treat for all the chocolate lovers. In less than 5 mins you can enjoy this protein-packed dish. It is a favorite for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups crushed ice
  • ½ cup Almond Breeze Almond milk Original
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon room temperature (or cold) brewed coffee
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles, divided
  • Optional: whipped topping for serving

Instructions

Trust me when I say that it is a quick and easy dessert. All you need to do is combine all the first six ingredients mentioned above and blend it well. Then pour it into a glass, top it with whipped toppings and sprinkles. Now, enjoy your cold healthy serving. This is one of the perfect healthy desserts to make when on a birthday.

#6 Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Now you don’t need to wait for dinner to have ice cream. Yes, this is a healthy ice cream to satisfy your sweet craving, early morning. Here goes a very simple method of making this toothsome ice cream:

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream (NOT milk see note)
  • ½-3/4 cup fresh spinach leaves (see note for using frozen)
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ cup mini allergy-friendly chocolate chips

Instructions

Making ice cream for the first time? Don’t worry, it’s going to be very easy. First, blend spinach and 1/4th of coconut in a blender properly. Add sugar, vanilla, remaining cream, peppermint extract, and blend again until it’s smooth. Mix in chocolate chips to it. Pour the mixture into a metal bread pan and freeze it until 6 hours. After that scoop and enjoy the next morning.

What can be better than classic pancakes and chocolate sauce o start your lazy Sunday? We all love pancakes because it’s delicious and easy to make as well. Here I have the recipe for classic pancake, in this healthy desserts to make article, which you can have with caramel, honey, maple syrup or chocolate sauce.

  • Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Butter
  • Oil

Instructions

First, make a smooth batter of all the seven ingredients given. Then, put some oil in the pan and heat it for some time. Pour a little batter into the pan and cook it for few minutes, till both the sides are brown. Then serve hot with your favorite topping.
