It exposes most of your legs usually ending at the mid thigh. You can wear it on any casual affairs, but it is highly inappropriate for any formal occasions. #5 Circular Skirt

You may already have a circular skirt in your wardrobe as it is the most common type of skirt. The circular shirt can be tea length or it can end above your knees. While a bright colored circular skirt can be worn in informal events, a semi-circular skirt paired with a formal blouse can be worn at formal events.
