Arrange the basic ingredients like twisted whole wheat pasta, all purpose refined flour, salt and pepper, some freshly grind herbs like oregano, rosemary, basil and whatever you like, butter, onion, whole fat milk, cherry tomatoes, water, peppers, zucchini, corn, broccoli and other veggies of your choice.
Begin with putting the pasta on a boil. Take a big pan and add pasta and a spoon on olive oil when the water starts to boil. You can cook the pasta as per the instructions on the packet. Make sure you keep a bit of this water and not drain it all.
Take a big pot and melt butter on a medium flame. As the butter starts to melt, add onion. When onions are cooked and become translucent add the flour. Now add milk and whisk rigorously to avoid any lumps in there. Season it with herbs, salt and pepper as it starts getting thick. Add remaining veggies and cook for some 5 minutes. Now add pasta in the sauce and give a good stir. Add parmesan cheese and herbs to serve hot.

This includes flour, powdered sugar, cocoa, finely grained chocolate. Now in another bowl mix all the liquid ingredients and whisk it. Now slowly add dry ingredients and keep on folding the mixture. Give a quick whisk to get a smooth and shiny paste. Pour this mixture into cupcake tins and bake for 20 minutes. Use readymade icing of your choice and keep it to cool in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
