Summers are here! And they bring back not just the summer dresses and the excitement, but also the scorching heat and dehydration. When we sweat, our body loses a lot of water and to keep the body hydrated and to maintain the body temperature, it is essential that we keep ourselves hydrated well enough. Even as Maaza, sodas, or juices remain old and gold, it’s time to experiment a little with these easy and quick to make mocktails at home.
#1 Mango Tango
Ingredients: 4-5 pieces of cucumber, 1 spoon honey, 200ml mango juice, 1 lime.
Recipe: Simply muddle honey and cucumber in a glass, Now add mango juice with lemon according to taste. Serve chilled.
#2 Lavender Tales
Ingredients: 200ml water, 1 tsp. honey, 1/3rd cup dried lavender leaves or lavender essence, 1 lime.
Recipe: Bring the mixture of water, honey and lavender to a boil. After removing from the heat, strain and refrigerate for about 2 hours. After it has cooled down, add some lemon and ice, and you’re good to go!
#3 Coco mint cooler
Ingredients: 1 cup coconut water, 2-3 pieces cucumber, half a lime, 2 spoons sugar, few mint leaves.
Recipe : Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
#4 Ginger Pop
Ingredients: 30ml ginger syrup , 1 lime, soda, sugar(optional)
Recipe: To make ginger syrup; mash half piece ginger to 200ml water and bring it to a boil, add 1 spoon sugar. Mix together all the ingredients, serve chilled.
#5 Blueberry bomb
Ingredients: 4-5 mint leaves, 6-8 blueberries, 200ml apple fizz, ½ lime.
Recipe: Muddle blueberries and mint leaves in your glass, add ice, and then add in your apple fizz and few drops of lime.
