Hacking is what we all associate with intrusion into our personal lives. Internet today occupies a huge part of our lives and due to this, we are always at a risk of risking the personal information that we provide on such sites. But what we all don’t know is that not all hacking is illegal. There are some hackers known as Ethical hackers who are licensed and have the written permission to enter into the security codes of companies and organizations. Here are some of the “Ethical Hackers” that India has given us.

#1 Pranav Mistry
Pranav Mistry, a Computer scientist, and an inventor, is best known for his work on Sixth Sense along with inventions like Mouseless – an invisible computer mouse, Blink boot – a gaze and blink controlled robot; a pen that can draw in 3D; and a public map that can act as a Google of physical world, Machine vision, Robotics to name a few. Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Samsung and the head of Think Tank Team, he’s the man behind Samsung Galaxy Gear Smart watch. He has also been honored with the Young Global Leader 2013 by World Economic Forum.

#2 Trishneet Arora
Known as an Internationally acclaimed hacker, this 22-year-old boy is a Speaker, Consultant, Author, and Entrepreneur. He has founded his company TAC Security Solutions which is a cyber security company that provides protection to corporations against network vulnerabilities and theft of data. Some of his clients include Reliance Industries, Punjab Police, Gujarat Police. He’s also the author of various books like Hacking TALK with Trishneet Arora, The Hacking Era etc.

#3 Ankit Fadia
Ankit Fadia requires no introduction. An author, speaker and a self-proclaimed Ethical Hacker, he holds a degree in Management science and Engineering from Stanford University. He has published close to 16 books; his first one at the age of 15, delivered more than 1000 talks in 25 countries and trained about 20,000 people in India and China.

Ankit has also hosted a show on MTV called MTV What the hack! And also has his own YouTube channel called Geek On The Loose to his credit. He has worked with Reliance world and IMT Ghaziabad to introduce his own Cyber Security courses and has also been chosen as the Global Shaper by World Economic Forum.

#4 Koushik Dutta
Next one among the hackers is the owner of ClockWorkMod, a software company which develops various software products for Android smart phones and tablets, Koushik Dutta or Koush is also the Rom Manager for Android rooting and the core member of the UnrEVOked team. Being an ex-employee of Microsoft , he also did his internship from there.
